Christine Boger
I am a consultant who supports the LGBTQ workplace inclusion, anti-bias, and cultural awareness housing and homelessness efforts of institutions. I am passionate about supporting organizations and individuals in increasing their capacity for cultural humility and social justice-informed systemic change. I offer educational training and LGBTQ workplace, policy, and expertise with an emphasis on practical skills, identity awareness, and personal empowerment. I regularly work with diversity, equity, and inclusion officers and LGBTQ affinity groups, offering LGBTQ diversity and inclusion training worldwide, As a transgender Women and LGBTQ training consultant, I bring personal, professional, and academic perspectives to my work. I have contributed to several HUD webinars presented at conferences nationwide. I offer special expertise in housing and homelessness.

Participants will become familiar with LGBTQ terminology, discuss dimensions of gender and sexuality, practice introducing gender pronouns, roleplay what to do when someone is misgendered, and develop individualized best practices.
